Current CG Vacancies
As a Corporate Lawyer you will have from 1+ Years’ PQE and be able to demonstrate detailed knowledge and technical expertise in dealing with corporate transactions. A strong academic background, and a commercial approach combined with technical excellence are important. Depending on the level of PQE, you’ll have a strong level of experience in drafting shareholders’ agreements, advising on joint ventures and early stage investment work. For those with higher PQE levels, experience with partnership, banking and/or insolvency law would be helpful. Being a strong and enthusiastic member of a team with a dedication to city and national firm levels of client service is essential.
Who are we looking for?
Whilst a strong academic performance is desirable, we are also looking for a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and who can demonstrate sound commercial awareness and critical thinking skills.
