Stephanie joined CG as an Associate in 2022, following seven years in JMW Solicitors’ Real Estate team in Manchester. Prior to that, she was a trainee solicitor at Birchall Blackburn in Preston, before transferring her training contract to JMW.

Stephanie has a wide range of experience, including, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, site set ups, plot sales, new build properties and complex high value residential matters. She has worked on behalf of a number of different types of client; including financial institutions, landlords, overseas investors and high net worth individuals.

During her spare time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her two children, and paddleboarding in the Lake District.
