One of the co-founders of the firm, Stacey specialises in all areas of employment law. As a Managing Partner, Stacey manages the firm and sits on the Board of Directors.

As a result of Stacey’s commercial experience and in-house exposure, alongside her position now as a business owner herself, Stacey is an extremely pragmatic and solutions focused lawyer.

Stacey has a proven track record of defending employers in the employment tribunal, including advocating hearings herself. Stacey also has extensive successful experience of enforcing restrictive covenants against ex-employees in the High Court, including injunctions and high value damages claims.

Stacey has a specialism within the automotive industry, given her time working in-house, and as a result has attracted a large number of automotive clients who rely on her industry experience and expertise, which is second to none. Stacey also has significant experience working with regulated organisations, particularly with the FCA and PRA. Having spent time in-house for an FCA regulated business Stacey is well versed in advising on compliance matters, including dealing with regulators and ombudsman and handling complex complaints.

Stacey is renowned by clients and colleagues alike for her strategic mindset and for finding solutions to complex scenarios and disputes, with a heavy focus on commercial objectives. Stacey excels in advising on change management, re-structures and re-organisations including complex TUPE and cross-border matters.

Stacey holds very strong relationships with her clients, advising Boards at a strategic commercial level. Stacey is a leading adviser in her field. She is well known for her pragmatic and fundamentally commercial approach.
