Peter is a Partner and Head of our Real Estate team. His main focus is property finance and investment, but he is experienced in all aspects of commercial property, including development and landlord and tenant work.

He acts for property companies and corporate occupiers in relation to sales, acquisitions and asset management.

He has specialist knowledge and experience in development joint ventures and grant funding agreements and regularly acts for local authorities and also private sector developers as recipients of the grant funding.

In the property finance arena, Peter acts for numerous banks, senior and mezzanine Lenders and borrowers on new facilities and refinances. Peter is building on our existing secured lending work, acting for bespoke residential development finance and bridging lenders.

Peter joined CG in November 2023 and prior to that he was a Partner in the Real Estate team at DAC Beachcroft for 16 years and prior to that worked for Pinsent Masons in Manchester and Leeds.
