Having joined CG in 2018 as an Associate Solicitor, Kate now has over 7 years post qualification experience. She has built close working relationships with our retainer clients and is highly regarded for her pragmatic, objective and reassuring advice.

Kate has a wide range of experience in advising on and dealing with employment issues including complex disciplinaries, grievances and performance management processes as well as on redundancy, restructuring and TUPE matters. Kate regularly delivers specialist in-house training, covering areas such as Equality and Diversity and an A to Z of Employment Law. This is something she relishes and clients appreciate her engaging and down to earth style.

Unflappable and calm in a crisis, Kate helps clients steer through the most problematic employee relation cases with constant support and reassurance given to the internal decision makers.

A busy Mum of two toddlers, in her (little) spare time Kate enjoys socialising with friends and holidaying with her family.
