Brian qualified as a solicitor in September 2023, having completed a level 7 solicitor apprenticeship in conjunction with BPP University and having also been awarded a First Class Honours degree in Legal Practice.

Brian spent six years with Eversheds Sutherland, completing his solicitor apprenticeship and building experience in various practice areas, including four years in the employment team. On qualification, Brian briefly joined Hill Dickinson's employment team before being approached to join CG.

Brian has an abundance of experience in various areas of employment law, including handling significant and complex employment tribunal claims, handling large data subject access requests, advising clients on day-to-day employment issues, supporting HR helplines and reviewing and updating HR policy documents and staff handbooks.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys playing badminton and football, where he can fit it in alongside his Dad duties.
