FULL SERVICE LEGAL ADVICE FOR EMPLOYERS
What sets us apart? The unique position of employment lawyers who are also business owners, having operated in industry and dealt with the staffing issues you face. We understand your concerns and what you are trying to achieve and give clear, concise and actionable advice for you to attain improved results for your business.
We are a premium, solutions driven team and we take a proactive approach to staffing – not simply reacting to an issue. It’s important to us that we provide you with the support you need for your business with a focus on your long-term success – your requirements are at the core of what we do.
HOW WE CAN SUPPORT YOUR BUSINESS
We can assist you with day to day staffing queries, one off projects and major legal matters. From our operational helpline support to major organisational change, we give you peace of mind for all areas of employment.
If you are unsure what support you need or if it’s time to make sure everything is in order, we offer an initial review of your existing processes and documents, including contracts, policies and procedures. We can work with you to draft and implement the documentation, systems and processes your business needs to support and manage staffing, including employment contracts and staff handbooks.
Day-to-day employment law advice
We can be on hand to support you and your managers on day to day employment issues such as under-performers, absence management, family related leave, conduct, redundancies, settlement agreements and exits and more.
Employment legal projects
Some staffing issues may need more involved project management from us, including outsourcing, GDPR and senior management exits and settlement agreements. We can assist with large, one-off projects as your business moves through different stages of its lifetime. Our specialisms include transfer of undertakings (TUPE), restructuring your business and making redundancies.
HR strategy and director level support
We are experienced providers of legal and HR support to businesses at director level to help them expand their business, develop a high-performance culture, or get things back on track after a major change. Our work includes developing people strategies, employment engagement, leadership and management development programmes and reward and recognition programmes.
To further support your business, we offer a range of training courses on all aspects of employment law and HR. All our training is delivered by our specialists and can be given at your business or off-site.
