Our Liverpool Corporate partner, Jennifer Gallagher and solicitor Ali Iqbal, have successfully advised the shareholders of London-based worldwide cricket talent management agency, Insignia Sports International Limited, on its sale to TGI Sport, a global private-equity backed sports marketing business. Insignia represents some of the sport’s key players such as Rashid Khan, Nicholas Pooran, Jofra Archer and Sunil Narine as well as high profile coaches. The merger of two of the most prominent cricket agencies in the world brings significant opportunities for their client lists and we are ecstatic to have been a part of this notable transaction.
